We usually need at least 3-5 days notice for most orders. For bigger celebration cakes, we'd love a week if possible. But always drop us a message - we'll do our best to help even with shorter notice!
At the moment, all orders are collection only from our home in Runcorn. We'll give you the address when you place your order. We might look at local delivery in the future!
We can do our best! Let us know any allergies when you order and we'll see what we can do. Please note our kitchen isn't allergen-free, so we can't guarantee no cross-contamination.
We accept bank transfer or cash on collection. For larger orders, we might ask for a 50% deposit upfront just to confirm the booking.
Absolutely! We love a challenge. Send us a message with your idea and we'll let you know if we can make it happen. Custom orders are always welcome!
